Found them very difficult to deal with. I never even had a written contract because their “printer wasn’t working that day” and then they told me the amount was more than they originally quoted me. I found a different place.

I called Sylvia mid March to check space availability for my large trailer that was in for warranty repairs at local dealer. we just returned from Arizona and my yard at acreage was to wet and soft to put into my normal storage spot.I mentioned that i would most likely need a spot for a month starting as soon as rv dealer completed repairs. I assumed in 3rd or 4th week of March is what i told Sylvia. I said i would call her day prior to bring trailer and pay. She said they have spaces available but she needed deposit right now to hold a spot not just the spot as she had several. She did NOT say that deposit for 1 month $105.00 was NOT refundable if I did not need space because trailer was not ready by time my yard dried enough. I emailed Sylvia and Jack early April saying that trailer is still not ready and do not know when as it had been 2 to 3 weeks already and that if they need to rent spot to someone else they could as my yard will be dry enough by time it will be ready. NO REPLY FROM THEM. When I called them to get my deposit back...They said "NO" DO NOT GIVE ADVANCE DEPOSIT to these people unless you know for sure you use space and for the dates you say. I should have went there and parked a garbage can in space for the month just in case.
